Google glass Mother’s Day video:
Just days before Mother’s Day a video shot using Google Glass went viral. The video shows a man leaving from Los Angeles to meet her mother, who is in India, to show her the sonogram of his wife. Shot over 10 days in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tokyo and India, the clip is a beautiful way of ensuring our mothers that we care for them.
Alia Bhatt – “Genius of the Year”:
Alia Bhatt became the butt of all jokes after she called Prithviraj Chauhan the President of India in an episode of chat show “Koffee With Karan”. But the actress did not cry about it, instead she laughed at the jokes herself. And she proved herself once again after she appeared in the video “Alia Bhatt – Genius of the Year”.
The actress took a potshot at herself via this entertaining video, which quickly went viral on social networking websites. The video, which was created by All India Bakchod (AIB), showed the actress going for brain enlargement to become smart Shabana from Dolce & Gabana. It’s not easy to laugh at yourself, but the actress did it.
Sonam Kapoor – “You know what I mean”:
Sonam Kapoor appeared on Karan Johar’s talk show “Koffee With Karan” and her controversial statements on the show became the talk of the town. However, it was not just that, a YouTube Comedy channel Being Indian created a hilarious “Sonam Selfie Song” video, which featured her statements on the show and her favourite line “You know what I mean?”
The video went viral very soon and even Sonam herself retweeted the video and called it “Funny”. Here’s the video.
Alia Bhatt – “Going home”:
Alia Bhatt featured in a Vogue India’s video titled “Going home”. It was directed by Vikas Bahl and it features a young girl stranded on a dark night. The video is an effort to spread awareness about women's safety on roads.
The video and Alia’s performance were praised on social networking websites.
Fortune – “Ghar ka khana”:
This four minute advertisement of Fortune oil titled “Ghar ka khana” will take you back to your childhood days. It featured a grandmother who was visiting her injured grandson to the hospital on a daily basis but was unable to feed him. But when the day came and she did feed him her home-made daal, her grandson, who was unable to move so far, held the tiffin in his hand and relished the dal.
This heart-warming video will surely bring tears to your eyes.
Shah Rukh Khan’s “Barely Speaking” stint:
It’s not always that you see a superstar taking a dig at himself. Well, SRK did that. Shah Rukh Khan came on the show “Barely Speaking with Arnub” of YouTube channel TVF. The show is a comical spoof on Times Now’s Arnab Goswami’s famous talk show “Frankly Speaking”.
The show saw King Khan taking a dig at himself and the superstar was praised for his performance.
Salman calls Katrina as ‘Kapoor’:
Salman Khan’s little sister Arpita Khan wedding saw Katrina Kaif in attendance. During the wedding party, a joyful Salman called Katrina Kaif on stage and he addressed her as ‘Kapoor’. Salman said, “Katrina Kaif.....Kapoor....Ithna bada chance miss kiya Khan hone ka bhai.”

Hema Malini’s tantrums:
Hema Malini is the ‘dream girl’ of Bollywood. The veteran actress turned politician during one of the campaigns for her party refused to sit in a small car. Not just that she even asked a man there to pull her seat back. What made this video go viral was her lack of use of words like “Sorry” and “Thank you”.
The veteran actress, however, cleared the air and said it was not a nakhra and that she had genuine reasons for it.
Parineeti Chopra’s response to period taboos:
Parineeti Chopra is the new brand ambassador of sanitary pads Whisper. The actress during the press conference was asked a question related to periods. Without creating a scene, she gave the journalist a piece of her mind and said that it’s shameful that he doesn’t know anything about it.
Evolution of Bollywood music:
This video by Penn Masala will take you down the memory lane. Titled “Evolution of Bollywood Music” the video features the group of boys singing melodies from the 1960s till today. The video was quick to go viral on social networking websites and is a treat to watch.
